No, It is divided into three parts
Yes, they are making three
The Fellowship of the Ring , The Two Towers and The Return of the King .
Not yet, but it is coming. It is actually going to be two movies. The Hobbit is currently scheduled for release December 2011, with its sequel following in December 2012.
The movies do not tell why the Dwarves are hated in The Hobbit and The Hobbit DoS. However, it is believed that past wars and experiences are the reason the Dwarves are hated.
The HobbitThe Fellowship of the Ring, Book IThe Fellowship of the Ring, Book IIThe Two Towers, Book IThe Two Towers, Book IIThe Return of the King, Book IThe Return of the King, Book IIThe Silmarillion is another book that Tolkien also set in Middle-earth thousands of years before the first of the Hobbit books, but it is a history of the Elves and does not concern itself with Hobbits (except briefly in its final chapter where it reviews the events of the end of the Third Age from the point of view of the Elves, which differs slightly from the point of view of the Hobbits).
There is no "Lord of the Rings 4!" Do you mean The Hobbit? That is not the fourth edition to the series, it is the prequel to the trilogy. Peter Jackson is making it into a movie, though (two movies, actually), and the first one is supposedly coming out next year.
It is a prequel to the Lord of the Rings movies, explaining how Bilbo gained possession of the One Ring. The Hobbit movies also show other things from Tolkien's other works, such as Sauron's return.
Andy Serkis .
Yes Frodo is in the Hobbit in the movie yes I believe so in the book because i read it twice not two long ago. NOTE: Frodo is in Peter Jackson's 'The Hobbit' movies, but in Tolkien's legendarium, Frodo is not even born until 27 years after 'The Hobbit' ends, and Samwise, Merry, and Pippin are not born for more than a decade after that.
None. The story has been completed. There are other works of Tolkien that may get made into movies. Currently there is discussion about putting the book The Hobbit on the screen. It is a prequel to the Lord of the Rings. The other books about Middle-earth occur long before the Third Age and the time of Men. Yes, there will be a new lord of the rings movie, called the Hobbit. It is based on Tolkien's original book set in Middle-earth before the events of LOTR. Peter Jackson is directing these two movies (yes, there will be two), and as I write they are rebuilding Hobbiton. I'm not sure if Ian McKellen (Gandalf) and Hugo Weaving (Elrond) will be retaking their old roles, but I hope so, since it would give the films a sense of continuity. All I know so far! Thanks.
Elijah plays Frodo in all three movies by Peter Jackson.
There were multiple books that were adapted into movies in the year 2012. These include J.R.R. Tolkein's The Hobbit and Stephen Chbosky's The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
