No. While Tigerstar IS evil and diabolical, he wasn't the cause of that particular happening. That was Cloudkit's decision. The Clan was short of food, and he had grown up in a Twoleg home. He resorted to that to get food he needed. Although it wasn't the right choice, perhaps, it had nothing to do with Tigerstar. (However, Tigerstar did pounce on this opportunity to insult kittypet roots. 'Once a kittypet, always a kittypet.' Gosh darnnit, Tigerstar - quit hating the kittypets. ;) )
