No. All of the seemingly fatal or near-fatal accidents on Top Gear are staged; no one is ever in any danger or receives any injury. The one exception is when Richard Hammond drove a jet car down the Top Gear airstrip and rolled the car at 300 mph, but even then, he received only minor injuries due to vehicle's safety features.
