The guy he beat up previously robbed a Death Row member who was also a Blood. The suspected killers of Tupac were also Crips, who were shot down eventually. War between some Crip and some Blood sets broke out when Tupac died. Tupac also had an M.O.B. tattoo which is common between Blood gang members meaning Member Of Bloods.
