Is Vampire Academy copied from Twilight?

Well i think it might have been copied but i doubt it because if it was the author of the twilight series(Stephanie Meyer) would have made it clear to see and sued the author of vampire academy. And everyone just found out that a woman who is the author of The Noctourne a vampire based book is her name is Jordan Scott is sueing Stephanie Meyer because Stephanie Meyer supposively stole sayings from the noctourne and put them in the fourth book of the saga breaking dawn and the saying Stephanie Meyer supposivley stole was the vampires calling there wives 'Love" as in like "it will be alright love" and things like that everyone says hello love or things in that category!!
