Mei Pei Chi.
If you mean which turtle wasn't in the series then i would say Venus, this is quite a complicated subject but in 1990 venus was in the television show for teenage mutant ninja turtles but was swiftly taken out when the next series was made. Most people who watched at the time were happy for her to be gone but some still wanted an explanation to exactly why she was taken out.
yes... they do make a cute couple- however Ralph also seems to have a crush on her in the next mutation... but mainly an overprotective crush
yes there was, in Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation she was called Venus or Venus de Milo- There was only one female ninja turtle from the TMNT: The Next Generation TV series called Venus de Milo. The writers of the show changed the origin of the TMNTs a little bit in order to introduce her to the show. It was "revealed" that there were actually five turtles that had gotten covered in ooze, but Splinter missed the fifth one. Venus emerged in Chinatown where she was adopted by a Japanese man that took her back to Japan and trained her in karate. Venus eventually returned to New York and ran into the other turtles and joined them. One of the original creators of the TMNTs (Peter Laird) purchased the rights to his creations. He absolutely hated that a female ninja turtle was created, so after he took over the rights to the turtles he vowed that nobody would even be allowed to mention the fact that Venus ever even existed. Here is a quote from an interview with the director of the TMNT movie's director about the rules that Peter Laird gave him regarding Venus de Milo:"There's absolutely no mention of Venus de Milo, the female Turtle. You can't even joke about that with Peter. It's just one of those things that he hates with a passion."
Kunoichi, that is what you call a female ninja

Here is the rest of the question, sorry. There are 3 main ninjas, all female, a yellow, red and a blue ninja. they have special powers mostly being able to jump around crazy. there is a lady in a white dress who kills herself in front of them and they try to save her. they kill a fair few males, but the blue one is killed in the end. it is in a traditional setting, was apparently popular in japan and showed in Australia around the year 2000 on sbs from the world movies channel also see teenage mutant ninja turtles one female, Venus.
Leonardo = BlueRaphael = RedMichelangelo = OrangeDonatello = PurpleVenus = Baby Blue (Venus was in the TV show Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles The Next Mutation which aired on Fox from 1997-1998) If you follow the ORIGINAL Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. They were all wearing RED bandanas with Brown Knee and elbow pads. The colors were brought only for the kids, so they could differenciate them.
