There are 2 active ingredients in Vicodin and Darvocet. Vicodin has Hydrocodone and acetaminophen in it. Darvocet has Propoxyphene and acetaminophen. Vicodin is a much stronger analgesic than Darvocet. Huge difference!

Actually, it more likely says Watson 385, and it is a generic form of Vicodin EX. It is, supposedly, 50% stronger than standard Vicodin.
these are in two different drug classes, so one cannot really make an answer to that. vicodin is an opiate painkiller, while carisoprodol is a skeletal muscle relaxant. so i guess in terms of "strength" of addiction properties, vicodin is stronger (and may have more of an euphoric effect)
