It truly depends on how you order them. If you order them as is, with cheese, croutons, and other add-ons such as bacon and candied nuts, then no, these salads are NOT healthy. However, if you order the salads and ask them to leave off the candied nuts, bacon, cheese, croutons, and even dressings, then you are doing yourself and your health a favor!
