That's a good question, but there is no easy answer. Since WikiAnswers allows anyone to ask or answer a question, some people who participate here are going to be liberally biased. Some will be conservatively biased, and there will be myriads of other biases as well.
As a site, no, we're not liberally biased. We try to remain neutral and not take a side on controversial topics... except in a few cases where it might cause harm to someone.
Wikianswers is not one unified body. However it does seem as though the members are more tolerant and accepting than other groups. This, I have absolutely no issue with.
