THere is no such OS called windows premium., but in vista there are many flavours called vista basic, home premium and vista ultimate. In these variations the higher you go the more extra features u get and obviously the more you pay for it. Hello, if the Pogo club does not support Windows Vista the you will need to contact Microsoft to downgrade to Windows XP or consider switching to another platform such as the Macintosh. Unfortunately, Windows Vista is not very compatible and is quite problematic.
