In New Zealand you must be over 18 to own an airgun without a licence. A recent law change means that Pre-Charged Pneumatic (PCP) airguns now require a full firearms licence. If you are under 18 you are permitted to use an airgun (excluding PCP) under supervision but are not allowed to own one without a firearms licence. Licences are available from the NZ Police.

Students at SUNY Albany are not allowed to bring cars on campus during their freshman year, as that privilege is reserved for older, and more responsible, students.
If they are caring, responsible, and if they know what they are doing.
as long as you know who they are and have known them for a long time, then yes it should be allowed. but no sexual interactions.
It depends on how well you know that 15 year old and if you can count them as responsible.
new zealand has a year 13 to get uni enterence but Australia has year 12 to get uni enterence. if you transfer schools to Australia before in year 12 and pass you will get uni enterence. if your in year 8 NZ you go to year 8 AU but i don't know how uni enterence works in Australia.
It depends on how responsible your 10 year old is. I started using hair straighteners when I was ten because 1) I knew how to use them properly, as I have always been interested in beauty and care. 2) I was trusted to use them. So it really depends on how responsible your 10 year old is.
If they can do all the things that 18 year olds are allowed to do, like getting married without parents permission, getting a loan, joining the military, fighting in wars, buying your own house and having kids then you would think they were responsible or they would not have these things.
