Yes.

Yes they are but they also haven't had enough time to prove themselves worthy of being breeding stock. A horse should not be bred just because it is able to. They should have excellent conformation, temperament and a decent show record before being bred, which could take until the horse is at a minimum 6 years old.

Do all paints have paint colts?

It really depends on if she is a purebred paint and if you breed her to another paint. If you breed a purebred paint and you breed it with throughbred bay, then there is a chance that the colt/filly may be bay or a pinto. If you did breed the horse this was, it's offspring would not be a purebred paint colt/filly. Also, it depends if your horse has a colt. Your horse might have a filly. You can't really change that....it's at random=)

At what age can a colt impregnate a mare?

Colts are physically able to impregnate mares about the age of two, but breeding at this age is unheard of because the colt is still a baby himself. Even in the wild, there's never an instance where a stallion will breed before the age of about five or six. * the 5 or 6 thing isn't completely true! i breed miniatures and i know people who breed full sized horses and we both have had very succesfull breedings from a 3 year old stud! in fact I'm breeding a 3 year old again right now!
