Everyone is different, Sweetie. I'd say 32a to 34B is closer to average than the what the previous answer stated.
The number indicates the diameter of the chest and the letter is the actual cup size. Because you say you are a 30A, it sounds as if you are very petite or slender (perhaps willowy?), so a smaller cup size is probably very well proportioned for your body type.
I am a 38D. As a teen I was a 34B. I'm tall with an athletic build. And I'm not at all delicate or petite.
Like I said everyone is different...some women have said if you want to know how large your breasts will be, look at your mother and females on her side of your family. Some women have said they were late 'bloomers' but then their breasts didn't stop growing until they were in their early twenties.
If you do a Google search for "average bra size for a teen?" or "when do breasts stop growing?", you'll be amazed by the variety of answers and stories.
