Its really genetics that determine bra size. Weight does have some effect, but usually there is a limit to how large the breasts will grow even with additional weight gain. If the women in your family have large breasts, it is likely that you will as well. It really isn't a matter of what is "normal" for your age as much as being normal for your family.
