Honestly, no.

I have a 32gb and it's perfect. If you buy the 8 gig you only get 6.8 useable gigs. The 1.2 is used for firmware and the hard drive is not actually 8 gigs. More like 7.5ish. The 32gb has 28 gb useable and it's great. I suggest that.
