That would be a great birthday present, but no such luck.
There are no start or stop ages for paying taxes. Anyone of Amy age who has taxable income may have to pay tax. It is always better to file a return, especially if no tax is due or you don't even have o file a treturn, because ONLY good things can happen if you do....like refunds, incentive payouts etc.
There is no exemption from income taxes because of age. Being claimed as a dependent does not make your child exempt from taxes. Regardless of age or dependent status, if your child has sufficient income she must file her own tax return. To claim "exempt" on her W-4 at work, BOTH of the following statements must be true:1) She owed no taxes last year. All taxes that were withheld (if any) were refunded.2) She reasonably expects to owe no taxes this year.
No. You can be over 100 years of age and could still meet the requirements of having to file an income tax return. Age does not have anything to do with the requirement to have to file an income tax return.
About the same as a 3 year old, just you gotta pay for taxes.
not unless you make more money than your folks leave them the exemption.
you should mention a country...but I don't think there are countries where you don't have to pay it.

It is not recommended for a 16-year-old to claim exemption on a W-4 form as they likely do not meet the criteria to be exempt from federal income tax withholding. They should check with a tax professional or their employer for guidance on how to properly fill out their tax forms.

Despite popular belief there is no age limit for which taxes do not exist...it depends merely on how the income was created and how much was created. There is no "Age Exemption" from paying taxes.
There are not a lot of high paying jobs for 14 year old boys, but for those who have an appealing screen presence, acting would be the easiest and highest paying.
Shame but no :(
