No, of course. They're completely different brands. A Mac is made by Apple, and a Dell is made by Dell.
Dell is a PC
You cannot get your Dell computer to have a Mac toolbar legally.
Dell gives you a longer warranty than Mac does. Dell offers a 3 year warranty. Mac only offers a 1 year warranty. Dell's warranty covers alot more than Mac's warranty.
no but both a Windows and PC and a Mac can share their Internet connection. If the G4 does not have a wireless Airport connection then the Ethernet cable can be used. (See links below)
A Dell router using standard settings will work with a Mac. If there is a wireless network already established then the Mac should be able to connect to that.
GarageBand is only for Mac.
Dell. mac
If the mac graphic card match the Dell pc slot for graphic cards, it is quite possible.
If you are looking for a driver to run the Dell 3110 from a Mac (which is usually the reason the Lexmark equivalent is sought) then Dell have created a Mac driver (See links below).
There are pros and cons in the Mac versus Dell debate. For every person that claims Mac is better, another will believe that Dell is the way to go. There is no right or wrong answer to this question, because it is all a matter of personal preference.
Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac is created by Microsoft for Apple's Mac computers and it requires Mac OS X to work. A Dell is not an Apple Mac and is not running Mac OS X and so Office 2008 for Mac will not work.
Because I have a mac..
