Depends on alot of factors. If you are heading into retail banking(i.e teller) having a 9-5 then no! Because all they look for is experience and charisma!If it's investment banking working 12hrs everyday then yes! A degree wont necessarily move you up the banking ladder the skills and experienced learned will.
