If you are talking about cards, then I don't think so. If you are talking about the games, then no it isn't fake. Blissey can have up to 600 HP when it is level 100. There are a whole lot more that can get over 200 HP.
If the card has an abnormally high HP that is in the thousands range, it is likely to be a fake.
There not that are high hp but only fakes
No
If a Pokemon knows that move use it and in will heal itself
It can be, it's best if your pokemon's hp is low, as it cuts the opponent's hp down to the user's hp. It has no effect if the user's hp is higher than the opponents.
Honestly, my friend just traded for a 600 hp pokemon. Believe it or not, but she also has card that has 450 hp that can do 250 damage. I did here that a card named Blissey has around 714 hp. This is resourceful for 2011, thanks
No. The highest any Pokemon card's HP has ever been was 200. If you see a Pokemon card with 550 HP, or otherwise more than 200, it is a fake card.
Have you tried an online auction? For example, Ebay.
Well, the Pokemon with the highest HP is wailord ex. He has 200 hp. He is a water type Pokemon and looks like a whale.

You attack it until it runs out of HP.
