The largest cell in our body is an oocyte (egg cell), which is extermely big compared to any other cell. It is around 100 micrometers and much larger than most other cells in the body. Some of the smaller ones are single figures and white blood cells can be around 20 micrometers.
So to put a general figure to eukaryotic cells, I think 1-100 micrometers is quoted.

Chloroplast and large Large vacuoles.
Vacuole is a large organell. It in middle of the cell.
Plant cell
Exocytosis is the process by which large substances are moved out of the cell. This involves the fusion of vesicles containing the substances with the cell membrane, releasing the substances outside the cell.
There cannot be large cells inside a cell.
A large cell will never move across an intact cell membrane.
Large carbohydrates such as glycogen, starch will not be transported in to the cell by cell membrane.

Cells of the pith of a stem generally have thick cell wall and large vacuoles. Likewise, cells of the cortex in the older parts have thick cell wall and large vacuoles.
