Not every black hole is the ones we can make on Earth are not even strong enough to be seen with the human eye because they die out so fast however, ones that form from stars can become very strong.
YES
If enough matter gets concentrated into an area that is small enough, gravity can become so strong in the immediate surroundings that nothing can escape from that area. That is called a "black hole". For more information, read the Wikipedia article with the title "black hole".

No, not even close! From what I understand, a Black Hole is formed when a Star dies and collapses into a small object. Exploding a mass into space will not create a black hole.
No. No black hole is big enough to do that.
It cannot. The sun does not have enough mass to form a black hole. When it runs out of fuel an dies it will form a dense remnant called a white dwarf. Only stars 25 times the mass of the sun or more have strong enough gravity for their cores to collapse all the way to a black hole.
This question REALLY goes deep into theoretical sciences, but most any black hole. Any black hole, that is, assuming you have a strong enough hull on your vessel, you are in a vessel that is capable of superluminal travel, and heading towards a black hole that won't totally spaghettify you. Good luck with that.
depends on how strong.... when a massive star's life ends and it collapses on itself extremely quickly... it forms a black hole and the black hole has an EXTREMELY strong gravitational pull..... so i think the answer is black hole
A black hole can,but it is very rare for a black hole big enough to swallow Earth.
the strong force of the black hole means that you cannot live in it
If gravitational force is strong enough, light itself is affected by the gravity. The gravitational force of a black hole is so intense that light cannot escape from it. No light, nothing to see. It appears as a "black hole".
