High blood pressure is anything over 140/90- (age is not relevant, if you are over this, whatever your age you are hypertensive and should be doing something to bring it down).

Pre-hypertension is a reading between this and 140/90

Normal blood pressure is a reading under 120/80

Your systolic pressure is in the pre-hypertensive range.

I would do no more than take some lifestyle measures to ensure it doesnt go higher. Exercise regularly, eat healthily, lost weight if over, don't smoke and take alcohol in moderation.
