Not in my opinion.
Equally justified, in the eyes of the Allies. They wanted an unconditional surrender; Japan wanted conditions.

Yes, it ended the war.

He stated the bomb was needed to end the war.
No. there is no justification to killing that many innocent people in a war.
Yes because it showed the Japanese that we meant business and have a superior weapon and they had no chance of defeating us.
That is a question of opinion. And my opinion is yes as I truly believe it saved around a million lives.
America justified dropping the atomic bomb on Japan in August 1945 primarily by arguing that it would bring a swift end to World War II, potentially saving countless lives that would have been lost in a prolonged invasion of the Japanese mainland. U.S. leaders believed that the shock and devastation caused by the bomb would compel Japan to surrender unconditionally. Additionally, there was a desire to demonstrate military superiority, particularly to the Soviet Union, as the post-war geopolitical landscape began to take shape.
Left justified
The Japanese were buried underground during WWII and technically when we launched the first one, they still were fighting back. So we decided to launch a second one which made them stop.
