In some ways yes and in some ways no. Rabbits tend to urinate in one corner which makes it easier to clean up, however they sometimes spray urine out of the cage accidentally and may accidentally kick excrement out of their litter box.
Guinea pigs are less selective as to where they eliminate waste though it's generally near their food, but they are less likely to accidentally spray urine out like a bunny though they sometimes accidentally kick out excrement or shavings.
