I feel butterflies are more closely related to worms. If we compared the two, you could see more related characteristics than not related because number one, they are both invertebrates. A butterfly also has 5 different segments, as their bodies are separated into segments like worms. Despite worms not being insects, but being ANNELIDS, they still have certain characteristics, that are like butterflies.
