on any reprint it will have the year it was reprintedon the back of the card is small type on the side or bottom. If its laminated, dead givaway its a reprint.

There are very minor differences between an original card & reprint card...getting the card grades by a top tiered grading company is your best bet to distinguish between the them...new & better reprints are being printed everyday & making it that much harder to tell any differences...
its worth nothing unless you have it autographed. Reprints are to bring back the card but not the money...if you want that reprint to be worth something you need an autograph

A "Fake" Honus Wagner T206 baseball card will have no collectors value, and would be a crime to sell it as such. An authorized reprint of the T-206 Honus Wagner card (reprint printed on back of card) sells for about $3.-$5. each.
Essentially, reprints are worthless as collectibles.
