The chicken in the dish is the problem, I think. I'd err on the side of caution and throw it out. Even thoroughly heated up, you are courting food poisoning.
One of the best websites that I am aware of is a website by the name of allrecipes.com. They have many recipes and ideas to choose from. You can use a recipe for a party or large group of people, depending on how many are going to be attending your family picnic. If there are any leftovers, you can always take them home. I would not count on having any of this casserole being left once it's served at the picnic.

Chicken is never okay outside of the fridge or freezer. If it's left out more than 20 or 30 minutes, I would throw it out.
Since the Alfredo contained chicken, it would not still be good if left out overnight. When in doubt, throw it out. It is not worth getting sick over.
If where it was left out is as cold as a refrigerator, it would be OK. Otherwise, you will have to figure that out for yourself. The chicken has been mishandled and should not have been left out at room temperature. We don't know what temperature various parts of the chicken reached - or for how long.

Enchiladas should not be left out at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Using 1 hour as a limit is even better.
