Yes, a circle graph and a pie chart are the same thing
Yes you can. First, determine the percentage of the whole is represented by each slice of your circle (or pie) chart. Then make a bar for each slice that is the same percentage of the height of you bar graph. If you graph represents absolute number out of a total, the same principle applies.

Yes. Both names can be used.
It is a graph of all points which are are the same distance (the radius) from a fixed point (the centre).

Almost any chart can be used. A circle or pie graph (use a circle and a concentric annulus), Clustered bar or columns, A scatter plot with different symbols A double line chart, Areas, etc

They are the same thing, so it really doesn't matter. I usually say graph, but whatever is easiest to you.
pie chart is known as circle graph which shows a table of contents in same proportion or percentage on the chart. it is statistical graph shows a shape of pie which cut in slices. pie chart is not successfully used because it shows a single result.
In statistics, a graph and a chart are the same. In arithmetic, a graph is the plot of a function over values. There are no charts.

There are lots of types of graphs. There's a bar graph, a pictograph, pie or circle graph, line graph and lots more. I can't think of anymore.+++:-) I can think of two more to help you, and the above have variations on them! The two more are the Column Chart (like a bar chart but with vertical stripes), and the Polar Graph, which is circular, of amplitude v. angle - but is not the same as the Pie Chart.'The "pictograph"... do you mean "pictogram"? if so that's a symbol, not a graph.

A Tally chart helps you display data by counting the number of something that you did to display data. For example, how many Chlorophyll samples you got or how many grass samples you collected. You could call your tally chart a name like Plant/Insect Samples or something like that. I don't agree that you should display data on a tally chart but you can with my way. You should probably do a bar graph if you are counting (that's basically the same thing as a tally chart would do for you), line graph if you measuring the growth of something, a pictograph if your trying to show people something, a circle graph if your going to measure how many people like something or something like that. If you are going to be counting something, be sure to use a tally chart or bar graph. If you have any more questions about graphing, be sure to post them.

yes you can plot same things from a frequency graph on a line graph because it is the same thing :) peace
