There is no such possible offense as a "misdemeanor felony." It is either one or the other.
Most states WILL extradie you to prosecute you for a felony offense. SOme states will extradiet for a misdemeanor offense. Where the law is concerned it is impossible to say whether a particular state will opt tpo extradite you or not.
