Best Answer

A community is a group of people, usually small, usually geographical, who share things in common. Eg. An online community is like this - a site where ppl get 2gether with a common goal or interest. More traditionally it is geographically based.. A neighbourhood, village, town. So a small town can be called a community but no the definition of community isn't a small town.xx
