No Its not enough they should get put in jail for longer and not be able to keep animals unless they have a regular vet come to check on the animals once a week to make sure they are getting treated right. and i think if they hurt an animal they should get hurt too.
Sometimes getting locked up, sometimes being fined. But if you look at the cruelty thas been publicised lately, the punishment is nowhere near harsh enough.
animal cruelty looks like an animal real skinny, injured, sick, and just real unhealthy. if you never see the owners around feeding, bathing, or paying any attention to the animal at all then more then likely its animal neglect which is almost the same thing as animal cruelty. if people beat there animals then that's cruelty. if they keep them tied up on a short leash so where they will have to stand in there own "mess" then that's cruelty. please help stop animal cruelty and neglect!
I would say you could charge him with animal cruelty if you have ENOUGH evidence . He sounds mean. good luck Lilly00
Dog cruelty can range from a lot of things, such as neglecting it, or abusing it. Abuse is described as hurting the dog in any way that puts the dog at discomfort. You can also neglect a dog by not giving it enough attention. You can also starve a dog by not feeding it enough. Pretty much dog cruelty is something that would make the dog uncomfortable living with you. If you suspect animal cruelty, please report them to the authorities, there is always a better home for a dog :)
Yes becuz they wont have enough room they need a bigger house to stay in to run around and do stuff
You could stab it if you get close enough or you could shoot it with a gun. I wouldn't recomend killing lions though because it is animal cruelty and you can go to jail for it.
A glutton for punishment is someone who gets in trouble enough that it seems they enjoy the punishment.
It's just another name for specific deterrence--i.e., the idea that by punishing an offender severely enough (by harming the offender), he or she will not reoffend.
no , not all zoo animals are mistreated , it depends on the staff , and how much attention the animal get , and diserve . Some animal are though , some zoos' are forced to close because some animal abuse facilities think animas are being mistreated , by not getting enough food , inadiquate shelter through extreme weather , and neglect .
Animal cruelty has changed over the years by people not being able to afford the animals that they have. They leave them on roadsides and in garbage cans because they dont have enough decency to take them to a shelter or try to give them to someone who will take care of them. It also has changed because of people thinking that they are just so much more superior than animals, so they can just abuse them however they want and no one can do anything about it. Animal Rights laws need to change for the better.
No. This is animal cruelty which will result in prosecution, jail, a criminal record and a ban from keeping animals. Faeces also contains bacteria that could seriously harm or kill the dog. If you are even considering doing this to your dog - you are nowhere near sane enough to own an animal.
First, people hunt it or like the "ice age" comes. Then over time they won't have enough to reproduce and people hund and BOOM their endangered. Some examples are; white tigers, sea turtles, spider monkeys, and kinkajous. LET'S STOP CRUELTY TO ANIMALS!
