Curling irons are more versatile because of the small size and manueverability it provides.
Curling It With A Curling Iron Damages Your Hair More . _____________ Whichever tool is turned up to the highest temperature will be the more damaging one.
Using a curling iron or a flat iron on hair to style it may look flattering, but often causes more damage than good. The damage is about equal, with the edge towards a flat iron being more harmful.
Usually a "Cut & Finish" means a Hair Cut and a Blow-Dry Style. More than likely, a curling iron style or a flat iron service are extra.
With practice, the 1 inch CHI flat iron can curl your hair as well as a curling iron. The technique might take some getting used to at first, so the more you practice the better you will get. Spraying your hair with hairspray after you're finished will help your curls stay in place and last longer.
As a professional hairstylist, I feel the curling iron is better and quicker for a more effective curl. In terms of less damage to the hair, I choose hot rollers with the "felt" lining.
I heard from people that if you use nailpolish remover or any other alcohol-based product, it should get most of the hairspray off of your curling iron.
FLAT IRON of course because when you flat iron your hair you sometimes have to do it over and over again until it meets your standards then some people like to do it everyday and that just puts a whole bunch of heat in your hair and thatisn't good, but if you don't want to listen to me then try it on your own and usually then straightener that you have should have a hair type code and you should always set your straightener to that temperature and in some cases you can put it just a little higher but not too much.gOoD lUck peoPle
nothing extreme happens, the bottom part of that hair or the "split end" just get separated one more time, it probably means you used your flat iron, or curling iron too much. i would consider getting a haircut if your spilt ends of your split ends split.
Yes, it can. You just need to set it to the highest setting so that the entire iron is really hot and then move the flat iron slowly along your hair in an inward motion. The slower you go the more pronounced your curls will be. It will not give you super curly hair but it is great for adding some curls at the ends and adding body and waves. Just be sure you get one with curved edges. Other brands have this feature too.
not necesarily.......you could get bigger curls, but it might just be you can curl more hair @ a time
if it is not as hot any more (you have to watch out for that)
Yes, it is probably safe to assume so. What makes chi flat irons of such high quality is the fact that they are made out of ceramic, not just metal, which is less damaging and more efficient. If the curling iron is also made out of ceramic then you are in business. Also, if you have course hair, be sure you get one that has a very high temperature setting, at least to 400 degrees.
