Nope - it has a similar skeleton to all other snakes - a long spine and hundreds of pairs of ribs. The flying snake doesn't actually fly - it glides by flattening out the bulk of its body (think cobra hood !) - then it simply launches itself into the air, and uses air resistance to travel from tree to tree.
