You don't. If it is like the other firearms from Hi-Point the manufacture does not recommend disassembiling the gun. The say something like squirt WD through it and blow it out with an air compressor.

Two answers: 1) Typically, you can't (i.e. 'buy') and don't need to do so. Call the factory at 866-948-4867, describe what you want, and they will typically send you what you need. 2) Or, for an alternate source of parts, check auctions sites such as Gun Broker or Auction Arms. They frequently have parts, though you can usually get the same items under warranty from the factory.
A gun is a bit of machinery. It is neither good nor bad. It can be USED to do both good and bad things by people, but it is the PEOPLE that are good or bad- not the gun.
