They both are the same like if you have a punett square YY would be homozygous but Purebread is the same way so basicly they mean "same" i guess you could say

Purebred is only possible in Homozygous conditions such as AA or aa, and indvidual that is a hybrid (Aa) is not truebreeding and therefore is not purebred.
