yes it is. light was invented by some ol' guy in the 70s or 80s. considering most tech was invented in the 90s. but i assume it was the70s or 80s.
Depends on the type of light sourse. if it is sumthing like fire, then the source is natural. it is not tech, but if it is a bulb that runs on electricity it becomes Technology. :) Good luck... :)
