yeah they do i LOVE red lobster they serve king crabs snow crabs lobster tails but if you ever need to know anything like this again restaurants usually have their menus on line
I do not have an answer. I was actually doing a search myself as to why they aren't serving king crabs anymore. I love king crabs and that was the sole reason I went to red lobster. Are they not profitable, or just not ordered enough to justify the cost? Are they out of season? Small catch which raised prices too high? Signed, Hungry for king crab.
Blue King Crabs!
Crayfish (crawdads), crabs, lobsters, and shrimp are among the more familiar edible decapods. Other decapods that are frequently eaten although not well-recognized are squat lobsters, spiny lobsters, slipper lobsters, and king crabs; these are often sold as "lobster" or "crab" although they are not lobsters or crabs. Krill, small shrimp-like decapods, are eaten in Russia and Japan. There are estimated to be between 150 million and 750 million TONS of krill in the waters around Antarctica.
Alaska king crabs have 15mg of cholesterol per ounce, which is a fair bit less than Dungeness crabs, which have 22mg per ounce, and still less than blue crabs, which have 28mg per ounce. By comparison, lobster has 20mg per ounce, white meat chicken has 22mg, and a sirloin steak has 25mg.
