Well a moded controller is made by a company whitch is called Controller ink. He made controllers that had specail featurs. but people and video game stors started to say moded controllers are a bad thing to sell becaus it could get you kicked off of xboxlive or psp,ps3,pst ect. But recantly in his study he has found out that ther was that rummor going around so he had to advance the controllers so he can finaly say moded controllers are not bad they do not voide you warranty or anything they are 100% safe -Andrew Maged
