For gaming, no. For regular HD video streaming and web browsing, it should be fine.
yes it,s very good for gaming
The GT 240 will be much faster, about 5 times as fast as 9400 GT, and it is currently the fastest card that does not require an auxiliary 6-pin PCI-e connector,
A PC with an Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0GHz, 4GB DDR3 of ram, Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit Nvidia GeForce 8800GT 1GB DDR3 version, and a 600 watt PSU is good for games. It has sufficient power to play the latest games at medium settings but could stand to be upgraded.
Processor -------------- core 2 quad q8800 RAM ---------------------- 8 gb DDRII Graphics accelerator - nvidia geforce 9800gt DDRIII 1gb
I would have to say the NVIDIA GeForce 240GT. Even though it has less VRAM, the higher GDDR5 means that it should be able to process frames faster. They might end up having the same performance stats though.
No you can't
Your processor isn't great, but it's O.K.; however, the Nvidia GeForce 210 is a relatively weak graphics card. If you plan on gaming or using visual software, you will need to upgrade that graphics card or else it will bottleneck your processor (This means that the graphics card will not be able to keep up with the processor and it will result in a glitchy and laggy visual experience). If you want to stick with Nvidia, I would recomend upgrading to the Nvidea GeForce GT 630 or better.
The Asus N90SV-A1, comes with an Nvidia GeForce GT 130M graphics card with 1GB of video memory, and it takes on gaming and animation with ease.
Lower resolution. Off AA and other fps affecting options. I have finished it with Asus 8400 gs with no problem at 1024x768.
i have the same computer and u can add up to 1 PCI Expressx16 card, i added a DDR2 1gb Geforce nvidia Card and works very good i paid around 50 dollars at frys.. or frys.com
