Yes it is.
The blue whale is a tertiary consumer, They feed on krill which are tiny crustaceans that feed on phytoplankton (plants). The whales' only natural predator is the orca which would make the orca the top level consumer.
they eat krill
the orca is the third biggest toothed whale
Snakes are one example. The producer for that specific example could be shrubs and grasses, the primary consumer could be grasshoppers, the secondary consumer could be mice, and the third level consumer could be snakes.
There are somewhat 2 main characters Willy, a male orca whale played by a real life orca whale by the name of Keiko, who died in 2003 and Jesse, a 12 year old boy (14 in the second movie, and 16 in the third) who befriends Willy
I'm not sure if he was the first orca, but he was the most famous of the Eden killer whales. See related link for more details.
Cod Fish
An aquatic consumer is a fish so.. it would be a fish.. and some types would be: dolphins, sharks, whales, butterfly fish, orca, clownfish(NEMO), moray eel.

A secondary consumer in a food web is the carnivorous or omnivorous animal that feeds on the primary consumer, which is the organism (normally a plant) that eats the producer (normally a plant).
Orcas have no predators except for occasionally humans. No creature other than humans can kill the orca. The only possible way for a human to kill an orca is for the orca to be shot with a harpoon. Orca's are playful creatures, but when it comes to hunting, they'll kill anything as long as it won't kill them first, and the orca ALWAYS wins unless there is a harpoon.
The killer whale is a secondary or tertiary consumer, depending on what they eat. If the prey item feeds on plant matter, then it is a secondary consumer. However, most orcas eat prey that feed on invertebrates, shellfish or fish, making them primarily tertiary consumers.
