Generally cold-blooded animals that start life in water, and can live on land when they are adults once they develop the ability to breath air. I.e.Caecilian, Frogs, Newts, Salamanders, Toads etc.
Why not? All the coastal sealine is inhabited by plants known as mangroves. These plants are capable of living in water as well as out side water.
