In English there are no masculine or feminine forms. English uses gender specific nouns for a male or a female.
When a female pig is young she is called a gilt.
Once she has had babies (her young piglets are called her litter) she becomes known as a sow.

The terms hog and pig are generic terms. A male pig is called a boar and a female pig is a sow. A baby pig is a piglet and a castrated male pig is sometimes called a barrow.
