Veins don't have pulses, arteries have pulses. Arteries are blood supply tubes, veins are blood return tubes. Between the arteries and the veins blood passes through tiny tubes called capillaries. The pressure changes that cause the pulse can't pass through these tiny tubes.

Because veins carry the de-oxygenated blood PASSIVELY BACK to the heart. Only blood, on the arterial side, being pumped TO the organs and rest of the body with have a pulse.

yes capillaries have a pulse because that's where diffusion takes place where the capillaries are on the alveoli and exchanges o2 [oxygen] for co2[carbon dioxide]
