Depending on patients medical history, in a normal individual with no obvious respiratory distress anything above 95% pO2 is considered normal and heart rates above 65 is also not considered bradychardic/slow. Further investigations should be carried out if there are any reasons for the concern. e.g. what was the reason for taking the readings.
