No, the school districts are not responsible for electronic devices, they even have it in their school planners
the cell phone impacted the schools more because the school got the most cell-phone tooken away. also the parents because they get stuck with the bill and teens buy ringtones and games on there phone.
Sure . . . if the 11 year old proves he/she can be responsible with it. Personally, i think that someone should get a cell phone when they are in grade 10 or entering high school. Your not even allowed to take cell phones to school at the age of 11, so the only time you would be using a cell phone is when you are at home. So why not just use a home phone? Anyone agree?
A responsible person
It depends... get lost lost or get taken away? If it is lost lost, not very many, but if it is taken away by teachers, that happens alot.
I don't think you need a drivers' liscense to get a phone. If so, you probably are responsible.
the school cannot charge money to getyour phone back, I'm pretty sure that's illegal
I think that as soon as you enter middle school all girls should have cell phones. Even if they aren't mature and responsible. But if they are then most diffinetly yes. :) You need to contact your parents in certain situations and sometimes you don't have the money to use the pay phone. I believe they should have cell phones.
A consumer is not responsible for fraudulent calls made on a stolen cell phone. However, it might take some time to get the charges reversed,
yes you can
They should not be. I would expect a teacher in any school here to take te phone away for the semester.
Cell phone companies give away free cell phones in order to get you to sign a two year contract with them. By giving you a phone, you pledge to pay them money for the next two years.
if they have a cell phone at school and they were outside it will get lost
