Yes it is. So long as the officer had no reason to believe it was an invalid warrant at thetime the search was conducted, it was legal.
This is an invalid question based on a false assumption. Men can drive. Some men do it very well, others not as well. Men invented driving. If you mean practically, it may be that the men in question have not yet obtained their driver's license.
Of course you can!
well, i have an open warrant in CA, but i have registered my car, gotten driver's licenses, etc. in both Indiana and Ohio with no problem.
Sure can ,just don't get pulled over or your checking in.

If you have an outstanding arrest warrant for DUI, your drivers license is probably suspended, anyway. You won't be able to renew the license or clear the suspension until the warrant is cleared.
Maybe. Most likely no idea. Sources: Mr.Kushner
Hopefully not, but consult an attorney.
Absolutely not. If the insurance is 'invalid' then the car is uninsured and it is against the law to drive an uninsured car. If the driver is caught operating the vehicle, they will be arrested and the car will be impounded.
i use winodws vista ultimate sp2. when i install softwares that i found i message that "virtual device driver format in the registry is invalid." what i do to resolve the problem?
If an active bench warrant is preventing you from renewing your driver's license in Virginia, you will not be able to get a license in any other US state without resolving the warrant. You should contact the authority that issued the warrant to get it resolved as soon as possible.
No..Most states are compact states which report invalid licenses to each other.
