I think it was straw that is my answer. Done by Helen Elizabeth Lucy Lewis age 9 Roman citizens living in the City of Rome usually lived in apartment like buildings. The more wealthy you were (this wealth being relative of course, the actual rich people lived in private homes or mansions) the lower in the building your apartment was.
