There is no difference between single and multi-disc CD Players in terms of life length. Some brands are better than others, and you will need to figure out which one fits your needs best.
I figured it out tonight. In my car I have (from top to bottom) a single CD player/radio, then the heat controls, then a six CD changer. First I had to pop off the wood grain that was around the console by pulling out on one of the corners. You could also use a small screw driver at the very bottom of the grain to get it started. I had to lift the six CD changer so the tabs could pop out, then slide it out. It had a ground wire that is tight. Then I had to unscrew the 2 screws on each side of the air controlls and slide that down to where the six CD changer was. Then to remove the single CD changer I had to follow the ground wire from the six CD changer and unscrew where it was connected. That screw is the only one that was holding in the single CD changer. Then I had to lift the single CD player/radio up(just like the six CD changer), and slide it out. I hope this can help someone.

Homefront does have a single player campaign.
Very simple. I'm assuming it's the factory single disc changer. First, remove the plastic cover that surrounds the AC vents. There may be some screws at the bottom. There also will probably be a small plastic piece under the stereo that will need to be removed (screws on bottom). After that, the bolts that secure the CD player will be exposed. Remove the bolts and pull out the CD player. Be careful because the wires are not that long. Undo all the electrical connections, and you're done.
It likely refers to a computer game that can be played by a single player versus a multiplayer online game that needs more than one player at a time on order to play.
If you can solder, obtain the schematics for the factory unit and purchase the correct connector for the CD changer. You could perform some "surgery" and install the connector into the factory unit.
Single player commands are needed.
No. Single player is not ranked.
I have a 2005 diesel estate. The CDC button is used to select the multi-change player in preference to the single disc player and AM/FM tuner. To change discs on my model, I use the numeric keypad to the right of the display. The numbers 1-6 correspond to the discs in the multi-changer.
One is included in your inventory if you install the 1.2 single player patch and start a new single-player game.
Army of Two can be a single or multi-player (2) game.
