I don't have an aced commuter ,but my H.P computer does that once in a while! All you have to do is turn it off unplug everything and take out the battery in you computer. Then wait five minutes plug everything back in and it will charge! That's what do! And if this doesn't help! Check your warranty, if it's expired take it to a shop and fix it!
