The Optiplex GX270 is a computer processing unit issued by Dell. The system provides support for peripherals through the incorporation of a variety of different port options, including PS/2, serial, and parallel ports.
External peripherals such as a keyboard must be plugged into the computer through various ports. Such ports can often be found at the back of a tower unit. Connecting through these ports forms a bridge between the device and your computer's motherboard unit, also known as plug and play. Occasionally, you may also need to install drivers for more complex external devices like printers or faxes so that the computer can properly handle the data it receives.
The function of registers is the same in all computers. They are the fundamental binary interface between the internal and external structure of the CPU. All binary transactions between the CPU and its peripherals pass through registers. From the inside, they are the final periphery to the pins.
Loop through connections are usually for TV's that have loop through connectors on 'em. It was a manufacturer's way of supplying some extra connectors to be able to add additional equipment so that you wouldn't have to `daisy chain' (pass your connections through one machine to another) for the connections. If you don't have a loop through set-up, daisy chaining or using the external audio/video input connections on the rear of your set may be preferable. Then all you have to do is select the proper video input on your TV.

Some bacteria may have a Flagella which is an external structure whip-like extensions through the cell wall that provides locomotion or mobility for the cell.
The motherboard does not connect the power supply to the peripherals. The power is supplied directly to most peripherals such as HDDs and CD drives by cables from the power supply. Some special expansion cards, such as network cards, get enough power from the motherboard through the PCI slot to function.

breathing in through your nose is internal, breathing out through your mouth is external.
PDA's connect to the PC through three types of connections. They can connect via a USB cable, a Serial cable and through Bluetooth connections. Bluetooth connections are becoming more popular for portability.
No. DSL connections are through existing telephone lines (provided they are close enough to the telephone station). Cable modems require the type of wire used by cable television signals.
